This was a fun, quick read. A Japanese organization is attempting to build a permanent destination resort on the moon. Not wanting to be outdone, the Americans decide to also put a facility up there. With many obstacles in the way, including poiltical and engineering issues, they both race to finish first. What I liked most about this book was seeing how the Americans were perceived in the eyes of the Japanese.

Its not everyday that you find a book written from the Orcs' perspective. Sure Orcs are abound in Fantasy novels as bloodthirsty beings traveling in hordes looking for the next battle, but in Stan Nicholls novel they are much more. These Orcs have personality, and a vision that someday they may live in peace. Now don't get me wrong, these Orcs aren't afraid to battle if someone steps in their path. Many people step in their path, not many people are around to talk about. So if you are looking for a fast passed adventure where the Orc is more than just fodder on the battle field this book is for you!
